Casa de Chocolates is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments. Customers must file claims directly with USPS for any issues.

2. UPS Orders:

We will work directly with UPS to resolve issues with lost or delayed packages. Claims for damage will be handled by Casa de Chocolates.

3. Shipping Responsibility:

Casa de Chocolates is not liable for stolen packages or delays due to weather, protests, holidays, or incorrect address input. Customers are responsible for tracking shipments and ensuring safe delivery.

4. P.O. Box Deliveries:

By shipping to a P.O. Box, you release Casa de Chocolates from liability for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.
